We have a great, fun Sunday morning ministry time for elementary aged kids. The kids love it because it's personal, relational, interactive, and fun!
Children stay with their parents for breakfast and the first part of the worship service, then are dismissed during the preaching time. Children's ministry time is about 35-40 minutes and includes connection (kids sharing their good news / highlights from the week), a Bible lesson and gospel-centered conversation along with another activity (a craft, game, and sometimes outdoor activity - weather permitting), and prayer.
During the same time, we have 2 designated caregivers to play with our toddlers.
